  • Speaker Bio:
    Rob Blanchard is a Founder and Managing Member of Pelican3 Consulting LLC, a technology consulting company focused on governance, risk and long-term strategy.

    Prior to Pelican3, Rob was a Managing Director at Crowe LLP, where he spent over 20 years helping clients manage technology risk. He collaborated with clients in the areas of Information Technology General Controls (ITGC), Cybersecurity, Data Governance, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Corporate Governance, SOX, SOC 1 & 2, MAR, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in addition to providing other IT consultative solutions.

    Rob graduated from Bowling Green State University, with a degree in Management Information Systems and Information Systems Audit and Control. He earned his Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) designations from ISACA.

    Speaker Bio:
    John Bernatovicz, hailing originally from Doylestown, Ohio, comes from a family with diverse achievements. His father was the CEO of a regional hospital, while his mother earned acclaim as a watercolor artist. John is the youngest among his three siblings. He's been happily married for 26 years to his wife, whom he first met on the school bus back in 8th grade. Together, they have two children, Will, aged 16, and Mallory, aged 14, after whom John named his company, Willory. Will is an entrepreneur running his own lawn service while also actively participating in soccer and tennis. Mallory, on the other hand, is deeply involved in art, animal activism, and tennis.
    When John is not spending time with his family, you will find him most likely working on his golf game. Early on in his life, John reached impressive results on the golf course, having been an All-Ohio golfer and an Academic All-American during his time at Kent State University. He boasts two holes in one and an albatross to his name, along with a remarkable feat of shooting 60 for 18 consecutive holes. Notably, John even bested the greatest golfer of all time, Tiger Woods, in a golf tournament.
    Professionally, John embarked on his career in the HR tech space by working for ADP and has since founded six companies. He is currently the president of Willory, a boutique professional services firm providing HR & payroll staffing along with HR technology consulting support. John is also an accomplished author, with his book "HR Like a Boss" becoming SHRM Books' first-ever #1 New Release on Amazon in the Human Resources category. Additionally, John is a sought-after keynote speaker and has appeared at over three hundred local, regional, and international events including SHRM Talent and SHRM Annual Conference.
