Meeting Sponsorship

Your sponsorship includes:

  • Three minutes at the beginning of the business meeting to introduce yourself and your organization to the chapter members (usually 60-70 in attendance).
  • A sponsorship table on which you may display company information along with your door prize.
  • Your logo and company name on our meeting invitation.
  • Your logo and company name on our website for several weeks prior to our meeting.

  • Sponsorships fill up fast so be sure to contact Brenda Basso at today to reserve a date!

    After securing your spot you will need to:

  • Send your company logo to Terri Fullmer so she can include it in our e-mail blasts and meeting invitations. These go out to 100 plus members, potential members and individuals interested in the human resource field.
  • Terri Fullmer our Secretary, handles arrangements with the Courtyard by Marriott (4375 Metro Circle, North Canton 44720). She will request a standard size sponsor table at the meeting location for you to use to display company information. Should you need a larger table for a tabletop display or electrical connections, please forward your requests directly to Terri.
  • Send a list of attendees from your company to Terri Fullmer at and Tracy Long at at least one week in advance of the meeting. Two are included with your sponsorship and additional attendees are welcome at our guest rate of $30 per person.

  • On the day of the event:

  • Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to set up. Board members will be on hand to assist you. Registration begins at 11:15 a.m.
  • Bring your sponsorship materials
  • Bring a door prize

  • Stella Tsirelis, our President, and the rest of our SCHRA Board work to lead our chapter, assisting our members, presenters, and sponsors in a variety of ways.
