Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Time: 7:30 AM to 08:30 AM

Coffee & Chat: From Stressed to Doing Your Best

A Neuroscience-Based Conversation for HR Professionals
Let’s be honest — stress is part of the job. But what if you could rewire the way your brain responds to it — and help your employees do the same?

Join executive coach Jill Windelspecht, founder of The Leaders’ Coach, for an energizing one-hour conversation on managing stress through the lens of neuroscience.

You'll Learn:

  • What’s actually happening in your brain when stress hits (and why it’s so hard to “just calm down”).
  • The physical and mental costs of ignoring stress signals — backed by research and brain science.
  • How to flip your mindset when things go sideways—from complaining about the chaos to getting curious and taking action.
  • Practical, brain-based strategies you can bring back to your teams to help them move from stressed to doing their best.

This isn’t your typical “stress management” session. It’s a brain-based reboot to help you — and your workforce — shift from reactive to resilient, and from chaos to clarity.

Grab your coffee, your curiosity, and let’s chat about the science of staying calm when the you-know-what hits the fan.
