Session Description: Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how organizations recruit, manage, develop, and support their workforce. This session explores how AI is already being used across key HR functions and what HR professionals at all levels need to understand to leverage these tools responsibly and effectively. Attendees will gain a practical, real-world understanding of how AI is influencing decision-making, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience, while also examining the risks, limitations, and ethical considerations involved. The discussion will focus on actionable insights HR professionals can apply immediately, along with guidance on how HR can lead AI adoption in a way that aligns with organizational values, workforce needs, and regulatory expectations.
Speaker Bio: Kyle Patrick Smith is the CEO and Founder of HRKyle Services and a nationally recognized, sought-after speaker and thought leader in HR and workforce strategy, with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through change, leadership development, and complex people decisions. His work spans workforce transitions, talent acquisition, organizational culture, and the practical integration of emerging tools, including AI, to drive better outcomes while preserving the human side of work. Known for his clear, real-world approach, Kyle brings perspective shaped by experience across the full employment lifecycle—from growth and hiring to restructuring and career transition.
