In this interactive session, we’ll explore how focusing on employee experience can influence the culture, connection, and outcomes of your organization. Attendees will gain actionable strategies to elevate the everyday work experience, making 2026 a year of thriving, not surviving. Because your future impact is bigger than your current fatigue.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand Employee Experience and how it impacts employee engagement and retention.
- Define the difference between employee experience vs. engagement vs. culture.
- Share tools to foster a meaningful employee journey.
