Session Description: In today’s workplace, wellness is no longer a perk; it’s a strategic advantage rooted in a culture that supports healthy behaviors. This session explores the seven core aspects of corporate wellness and how HR leaders can leverage culture-driven strategies to improve employee health, productivity, and organizational resilience.
Speaker Bio: Amy Sanzone has been a health and wellness professional for over 20 years, specializing in Integrative Nutrition, Gut Health, Personal Training, and Yoga. After spending a decade in the fast-paced healthcare technology world, she saw firsthand how much of our lives are lived at work—and how easily stress, poor nutrition, sedentary habits, and burnout can take hold in that environment. This insight inspired the creation of Amy Sanzone Wellness.
A personal experience further revealed how deeply a lack of benefits—or a lack of understanding them—can affect an individual’s family life, physical health, financial stability, and mental wellbeing, especially during unexpected loss or disability. This led to a partnership with Upper Room Solutions to bring employers personalized benefits guidance, streamlined enrollment technology, comprehensive education, and wellness programs that truly make a difference.
Amy is passionate about helping organizations thrive by supporting their employees in achieving their personal wellness goals and becoming the healthiest version of themselves—both at work and beyond.
“I am grateful to feel as if my work is congruent with my life’s purpose.” — Amy Sanzone
