Meeting Sponsorship

Your sponsorship includes:

Three to five minutes at the beginning of the business meeting to introduce yourself and your organization to our chapter members (usually 40-60 in attendance)

A sponsorship table to display company information and your door prize

Ability to provide handouts or materials on tables at the meeting

Your logo on our meeting invitations, website, and social media for several weeks prior to our meeting

Two complimentary meeting admissions (additional admissions may be purchased)

The opportunity to collect business cards for connections after the meeting with a door prize giveaway (approximately $50.00 or greater in value)

After securing your spot you will need to:

Send your company logo to Freda Martin - fmartin@omjwork.com - so she can include it in our e-mail blasts and meeting invitations. These go out to 100 plus members, potential members and individuals interested in the human resource field.

Freda Martin, our Secretary, handles arrangements with the Courtyard by Marriott (4375 Metro Circle, North Canton 44720). She will request a standard size sponsor table at the meeting location for you to use to display company information. Should you need a larger table for a tabletop display or electrical connections, please forward your requests directly to Freda Martin.

Send a list of attendees from your company to Freda Martin - fmartin@omjwork.com and Terri Fullmer at tfullmer@solharrisday.com at least one week in advance of the meeting. Two are included with your sponsorship and additional attendees are welcome at our guest rate of $40 per person.

On the day of the event:

Plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to set up. Board members will be on hand to assist you. Registration begins at 11:15 a.m.
